Catholic Daughters of America Education Contest Awards - A huge thank you to all the parents and other family members who attended the Ice Cream Awards ceremony event last Wednesday and to the teachers who came to support their students.  We all had a good time.

The students who won are listed below:


ESSAY Division I - 1st place - Ciara Constantino; 2nd place - Mayrene Calvillo-Ruiz; 3rd place - Alexandra Peato


ESSAY Division II - 1st place - Sophia Jocson; 2nd place - Brianna Tran; 3rd place - Cecilia Keen


  1. – Our Spring Concert will be Thursday, May 24th at 6:30 PM in the Jocson-Arata Family Gym.  Please have your children in their classrooms by 6:10 PM dressed in their Sunday Dress clothes (No jeans, T-Shirts or Tank tops please.)


Altar Server Picnic – As a Thank You to our Altar Servers for doing such a great job in serving they will be treated to a picnic with food and games this Friday, May 25th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.  They will be allowed to wear free dress.


CYO Track & Field – We will be having meets on the following dates.  Please arrive 30 minutes before in order to stretch and warm up.


June 2:  Championship and All Comers Meet – 10:00 AM (Highline Stadium)

Yearbooks – Our yearbooks are here!  There are still plenty of books left if you have not ordered one.  Just send a note to the office with your child’s name, grade and a check for $25.00 made out to St. Pius X.


Brown Bear Car Wash Tickets for sale! - Help support the 8th Graders! They are trying to raise money to offset the cost of their 8th Grade Retreat to Warm Beach in late May! Regular Brown Bear Car Wash tickets cost $10, but you can get them for $7! These would make great Father’s Day or Graduation Gifts!   Please contact an 8th Grader to buy some tickets for your favorite driver! The tickets are good for one year and are honored at all Brown Bear Car Washes!


2018-19 Registration Contract –We are still waiting for a few families to re-register for the upcoming 2018-19 school year.  Each year returning families need to resubmit a current registration contract.  If you would like to make any changes to your FACTS Payment Plan please email Casey Ross at casey@stpxparish.com, otherwise you will be re-enrolled in the plan you had last year.  Once the contract is completed and turned in to the school office, a onetime $50 FACTS fee and your registration fee will be billed through FACTS Tuition Management System.  If you have any questions, please contact Mary in the school office at 425-778-9861.
