Sacraments
Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony are the seven sacraments instituted by Christ, each giving sanctifying grace to those who receive them with the right disposition.

- Baptism: By appointment only. Adults in RCIA or children of registered parents may be baptized at St. Pius X.
- Confirmation: Sr. High students must be registered in the Faith Formation program. Adults wishing to be confirmed should attend RCIA.
- First Holy Eucharist: First Communion is for children in 2nd grade at who have received a year of instruction for the sacrament, or for adults in RCIA.
- Penance: Reconcilitation/Confession is on Saturday at 4:30 pm or by appointment.
- Anointing of the Sick: Please notify the parish office whenever there is a serious illness or accident.
- Holy Orders: Ordination to the Priesthood is celebrated in our Archdicese at St. James Cathedral.
- Matrimony: A six month period is required between notification and wedding date. Also required is attendance at an Engaged Encounter weekend.
